MARCEL SASSOLA III
CEO and Pharmacist
Marcel Sassola is the CEO and Founder of GeneTx360. The company partners with physicians and manufacturers to provide comprehensive infusion services for gene and cell therapy to treat patients with rare diseases.
Prior to starting GeneTx360, Mr. Sassola was the CEO and Founder of Santa Barbara Specialty Pharmacy, providing home infusion and specialty pharmacy services in 6 states. The pharmacy specialized in IVIG, Biologics, Hemophilia, and other specialty disease states including Allergy/Immunology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and Bleeding Disorders. He was previously the CEO and Founder of Intravenous Therapy Services, Inc., a regional Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy provider. The company, with its 65 employees, provided home infusion, specialty injectables, and skilled nursing services to patients in their homes. In 2004, Intravenous Therapy Services, Inc. introduced the first pharmacy based Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) in California.
Mr. Sassola holds a BS in Pharmacy from Purdue University. He continues to give back to his alma mater with a $20M commitment to establish the Marcel Sassola III Leaders and Entrepreneurs Advancing Pharmacy (LEAP) Academy, which will expand the college’s offerings and prepare a new pipeline of pharmacy graduates to innovate and lead in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.
Mr. Sassola currently lives in Moorpark, CA with his wife CaryAnne. He is an avid golfer and a member of Lakeside Golf Club in Los Angeles and Le Cumbre Country Club in Santa Barbara. He is also a licensed private pilot.
YIN GOH
COO and CFO
Yin Goh is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of GeneTx360, where she leverages her extensive experience in finance and operations to drive strategic growth.
Ms. Goh is a hands-on leader in managing, commercializing, and exiting early-stage companies. Prior to her role at GeneTx360, she served as the CFO of Intravenous Therapy Services and the COO of Santa Barbara Specialty Pharmacy, where she successfully led the due diligence processes that culminated in strategic acquisitions. Her career also includes a tenure at Baxter BioScience, where she directed the finance team for the BioLife Plasma business, further honing her expertise in operational efficiencies and financial management within the healthcare industry.
Originally from Singapore, Ms. Goh enjoys spending her free time hiking with her Australian Shepherd, Luke. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
